What is Sproutlet?

Sproutlet is a mobile app in development for small UK landlords. We’re building a place to bring together rent and expenses, repairs, compliance records and the people connected to a property.

Who is Sproutlet for?

People looking after their own small rental portfolio in the UK. We’re starting with the everyday needs of someone managing one property, and keeping a handful of properties in mind too.

Can I use the app yet?

Not yet. Sproutlet is still in development, and we haven’t announced a launch date. Join the interest list to hear how it’s growing and when there’s more to share.

How much will Sproutlet cost?

We haven’t announced pricing yet. Registering interest is free and doesn’t commit you to buying anything.

What happens when I register interest?

We save your email and your consent to receive occasional Sproutlet development and launch updates. It doesn’t create an app account. You can unsubscribe by replying to an update or emailing hello@sprout-let.co.uk.
